Meet the architects, designers and construction managers behind Archicon, working with London developers and homeowners across Greenwich, Lewisham and South London. The same senior team has worked together for over 20 years, from first site appraisal to completed build.

## The team
### Fred — Technical Design and Coordination
Fred leads technical design and coordination. "We start with what you want to achieve, then work backwards so every detail supports that goal. Accurate site surveys and measurements are how we get it right from the beginning."

### Nash — Architecture and Planning
Nash leads architecture and planning strategy, and specialises in constrained and previously refused sites. "Complex projects reward creative thinking. We treat planning policy as a framework to work within, and there's almost always a route forward if you know where to look."

### Ahmad — Construction Manager
Ahmad runs delivery on site. "You want to know what's happening and when. Clear updates, realistic timelines and concerns addressed early are what keep a project moving smoothly."

### Zoe Olivia — Architectural Assistant and Project Manager
Zoe supports design and keeps projects coordinated between the studio and site.
